In the past year we sent teams to remote areas and camps. For example, read our report on Chakarum Village, where our clinic served over 300 people and identified urgent needs for clean water. We also covered the Mangu IDP Camp mission, where we provided health care, counseling, and kits to more than 1,000 displaced families. We regularly collaborate with Muslim and Christian leaders to champion women’s rights. In March 2025 we co-hosted a Breaking the Silence conference in Jos, bringing together pastors, imams and traditional chiefs to pledge action against SGBV. Participants shared testimonies of survivors and developed concrete commitments to change teachings and policies. This landmark interfaith event – part of our work with the global Side-by-Side movement – set the tone for inclusive gender-justice efforts in the region..
